How can we improve the recycling of carbon and nitrogen? How can we improve the synergies between agroecology, agroforestry and the bioeconomy? How can we develop both new carbon-neutral technologies and natural biomass sinks? How can we assess the available biomass potential? How can we develop fair and balanced decision-making tools? These are the many challenges we face.
