Abstract:
Anthropogenic emissions of Green House Gases (GHG) that contribute to the Climate Change are very well defined phenomena. In the past as well as in the present many activities on a global scale are performed in order to improve the above mentioned phenomena. There are different possibilities to reduce the GHG emissions like: a) use of renewable sources for production of energy, b) energy efficiency and c) forestations and reforestation. In order to have the possibility this actions to be implemented it is necessary each country to adopt strategies, policies and action plans according the United Nations (UN) platform for Climate Change. In this article will be elaborate the activities that Republic of Macedonia did in this field with the emphasis on the collaboration with Republic of Italy for implementation of the CDM potential projects. Results that are going to be elaborate further in this article are obtained from analysis done from utilization of biomass for energy production type of projects.
