Abstract:
In this work, we introduce one integrated biorefinery model for sustainable use of this organic waste, the lab scale model start with experiment of the use of the solid part of the manures in biogas production, by one innovative anaerobic digestion process in composition with different organic wastes from agriculture and industry. First for the solid waste, is made the composition analysis; total solid, volatile solid etc. The optimal methane yields is evaluate by experimental way in function of the C/N ratio and of the solid content of the substrate mixture, which is in the range; 20-32%. The resulted solid parts from the digester are used for bioethanol production, by classical enzymatic treatment before fermentation and the liquid part – the waste water, which is rich in nutrients are treated with microalgae. The presented innovation model has the following elements: residue collection, anaerobic digestion for biogas production, wastewater treatment with microalgae and finally bioethanol production from this digestant. The technical parameters and material balance dates of the technological streams are evaluated with one theoretical model build base experimental dates resulted from the anaerobic digestion experiment.
