Abstract:
In order to facilitate cooperation and the development of a roadmap and a strategic research agenda in the SAHYOG project an inventory has been prepared of the European and Indian research activities. Based on existing databases in the EU and a thorough survey in India a total of about 920 projects in the EU and 280 in India have been identified, The total funding of these projects is more than 1900 million Euro in the EU and 350 million Euro in India during the period 2007 – 2012. A categorisation method was developed to find areas of research and the underlying projects could be identified. This inventory categorises the projects and programmes and facilitates the identification of collaboration.
